Theresa A Baumgartner is a native of the Bay Area, graduating from Carondelet High School and completing her Doctor of Law (J.D.), from Golden Gate University in 2001. Theresa also has a master’s degree from the University of San Francisco (USF) in Sports & Fitness. She attended Gonzaga University on an Athletic scholarship. She has been successfully practicing personal injury law for over 20 years.
Theresa is active in the legal community, having served as a board of director for the Contra Costa Bar Association. She has been voted as ‘Super Lawyers’ for 7 consecutive years from 2016 to 2022 and America’s top 100 personal injury attorneys for northern California in 2022.
The practice covers the counties of Contra Costa, San Francisco, Alameda, Santa Clara, San Joaquin, and Marin.
